Floam

So the kids were after us to get this stuff called FLOAM that they had seen an ad for on tv. They spied the stuff at COSTCO a few weeks ago, and when said yesterday that we were going there, they said PLEEZE can we get it?!! The stuff costs 3400 yen and Mom and Dad didn't feel like forking out for this flourescent pink, blue, purple, green, blue and white slime containing thousands of tiny styrofoam beads. But they had their hearts set on it that I said if they wanted to spend some of their piggy bank money on it, I wouldn't stop them. So they carefully counted out their money and carried it with them to the store. They chose JUST the right box of FLOAM out of the stack and carried it all over the store till it was time to check out, then they each put in their half of the total cost. You never saw two happier kids! This morning, we started the Great Floam Adventure, decorating all sorts of household items. Check out these pictures:




I asked them if they were satisfied with their purchase, and the answer was a resounding YES!! Thank goodness... :-)
